Professional Ordering Support

Professional support is available for licensed stylists and salon professionals purchasing for client installations, events or repeated business needs.

Professional pricing, minimums, availability and turnaround times—when offered—are provided after review. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval, discounted pricing, reserved inventory or production availability.

Made-to-Order Options

Certain K-tip, tape-in, clip-in, professionally colored and custom-unit requests may require additional preparation or production time.

Submit requests before confirming your client’s final installation date.

Include the following information:

  • Requested product or installation method
  • Desired texture
  • Length
  • Color goal, if applicable
  • Quantity
  • Requested completion date
  • Intended installation, client or project

Inventory or production time is not reserved until all order requirements and payment have been confirmed.

Custom HaiRxPiece Orders

Custom HaiRxPiece units are available for select requests. Custom construction carries a $200 making fee and generally requires approximately two weeks for production.

Texture, length, construction, closure or leave-out selection and optional professional color must be confirmed before production begins.

Because custom products are created according to approved selections, they are final sale unless HaiRx confirms an order error or qualifying product concern.

HaiRx professional partners are expected to:

  • Set accurate expectations with clients
  • Follow safe installation and maintenance practices
  • Perform strand tests before chemical processing
  • Avoid unsupported or unrealistic product claims
  • Provide appropriate client aftercare education
  • Represent HaiRx products and branding accurately
